# 1 Article:
According to the statutes, two regular meetings will be held each year. The first meeting
it includes the annual report, the accounts and balance sheet of the past year. It discharges the directors. The second meeting includes the policy, the three-year program and the annual action plan and budget for the following year.
Article # 1a:
In accordance with Article 10 of the bylaws, membership applications are reviewed by the Secretariat and the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has applications for membership in the Assembly; a general admission or denial in respect to what is provided in Article 7 of the Statute. If admission requirements are met and that the Board has agreed, The General Meeting notes it and the new member is admitted. ”
Article # 1b:
By absolute majority as referred in particular to Article 21 of the Regulations means a majority which consists of half of the votes plus one. Invalid votes, white and abstentions are not exempt to fix the number of votes to be considered (they count as negative votes). ”
Article 2 Working Groups
# Section 2: The Working Groups
The Board of Directors sets up working groups based on the needs and demands of members. These are places of preparation positioning, experience sharing, and involvement of members. They have an advisory role and an opinion with the Board.
Some of these groups are common with other organization. The following articles
apply to these common groups wherever possible. There are also Practices and Strategy Groups (PGS) in Bondo USA, they are not included in the concept of “Working Groups” as mentioned in the articles and The Rules and Regulations of Bondo USA
Article # 3: Composition
Any member of Bondo USA which, based on its annual report justifies activities in the field, can be a member of this working group.
# Article 4: Skills
It is the responsibility of the working groups to prepare the deliberations of the Board for all that relates to the field of activities within their jurisdiction.
The working groups are developing positions within them and send them to the Board for decision
Administration.
Working Groups may request that notice be requested on a particular issue with
of one or more working groups. The Board of Directors may enter one or more working groups when an issue or the importance of a decision requires consideration. In its application, the commission determines the time in which he wishes the results of this review.

# Article 5: Operating
Working Groups sit validly whatever the number of members present or represented may be. A member unable to attend may give a proxy to another member. A member may not have more attorney. A record will be prepared for each meeting. He will show attendees and organizations represented. The minutes will basically be proposed decisions and points of focus for the Board and the proposals of points for consideration by other Working. Members will be kept informed of the proposals made by the Working Groups and decisions taken by the Council. Working Groups make decisions preferably by consensus. Any transmission of decision to the Board refers to the quality of present or represented. Where consensus can not be reached, decisions shall be taken by absolute majority present or represented. In this case the position of the working group is sent to the Council detailing the results of the vote.
# Article 6: Presidency
Each Working Group shall elect its President. The term of office as President of Group
work corresponds to the term of office of the Board, it expires at the General Meeting to elect a new Board. The chairman of a working group may sit as an observer on the Board of Directors of Bondo USA occasionally, depending on the agenda of meetings of the Board.
# Article 7: Secretariat
The Secretariat of the Working Groups is provided by the Secretariat of Bondo USA.
Article # 8: Report
Each year, the Working Group shall prepare an annual written report of his activities.
This report is submitted to the Board for submission of annual report the association. The Council will forward the report to the General Assembly with possible comments.
In the latter case, the Board will make comments after hearing the President of the Working Group concerned. Presidents when they are not directors are invited to attend the Board of Directors for the consideration of these points.
# Article 9:
The Office ensures the implementation of proper procedures for holding events such as
Statutory General Meetings, elections,. The Board meets at least four times a year, and also when an emergency requires them to. The Bureau is a certain dynamic engine of the Federation, it ensures that the background files advance. The Bureau prepares the evaluation and monitoring of the strategic directions of the General Assembly. The Bureau maintains its prerogatives of the Board.
# Article 10: Relations Working
Except in extreme emergency, the Council can not make decisions within the competence of Working Groups without consulting other working groups concerned.
The Board examines proposals from the working groups.
In case of rejection of a proposal, the Board of Directors motivates this decision .
# Article 11:
In accordance with Article 32 of the bylaws, a member desiring to be heard by the Board of Directors must make the request. The application should be addressed to the President of Bondo USA in writing at least three working days prior to the Council meeting at which the member wishes to be heard. The application will be motivated and will specify the point at which the member wishes to be heard. The President is required to provide to its response at least the day before the Council meeting. in the absence of the President, The Secretary will review and respond to the request.
# Article 12:
The Board of Directors shall elect the representatives of the Federation within advisory bodies and consultation with the government. The Council will, wherever possible, for
choice of representatives, a balance between different sectors of activity.
Article 13
1.The education staff, members of the platform as well as coordination
Board of Directors’ Bondo USA “are obliged not to disclose internal information to anyone about its beneficiaries information and everything. Failure to comply to this or any article can result in suspension or removal of membership regardless of rank or position.
