Operation of The Bondo Organization

I Reception and Childcare

Its coordinator, Antoine Tshitungu is responsible for school, homework, and literacy. He is responsible for the practical organization and implementation of all activities in this sector. It ensures the permanence receiving the children and ensures compliance with schedules and rules. It manages documentation, training materials and regularly prepares reports of activities.

He is assisted by Frédéric Mukutwa, which is responsible for reading and literacy and supervises caring adults to acquire the Latin alphabet and strengthen their reading and writing.

II Social and Cultural Service Help

The manager, Mr. Carly Kanyinda, assisted by Mrs Fabienne Bakaji, coordinate assistance to the poor as well as the activities of the Food Bank. Mr. Carly Kanyinda is in charge of social services as a whole as well as its cultural component while the assistant handles the Food Bank.

This service gets people in trouble, adults and children and manages the stock of the food bank for the needy that request. It provides with the help of volunteers the social support of applicants provides family mediation.

III Service projects

Under the leadership of Mr. Sam Buyschaert, the cell internal expertise is responsible, in coordination with the Board, to draft proposals for submission to subsidiantes bodies, whether local projects or those undertaken abroad by The Bondo Organization in tandem with its partners.

The association has already implemented the following projects:

– School of duty;

– Home and mentoring disadvantaged children and their families;

– Family Mediation;

– Assistance and food bank;

– Computer Training.

School homework is subsidized by the Queen Paola Foundation, all other projects are made possible through volunteers and the contributions of our members, which are insufficient.

Moreover The Bondo Organization discount implement the following projects, which will require assistance in the form of subsidy:

– Support for school leavers (see copy attached);

– Draft adult literacy and immigrant parents;

– Coexistence and integration;

– Supervision of elderly sub-Saharan origin living in Belgium;

– Read and share (encourage reading among young immigrant);

– Dance workshops;

– Writing Workshops.

IV Training Service and communication

It is the responsibility of the service, Pastor Mulume Musangu to train young people in particular in the field of information, organize training sessions to the card for people from disadvantaged backgrounds, to manage hardware computer. It deserves also to advise the President Director in communication with regard to enhancing the actions of The Bondo Organization made by them to the beneficiaries, the general public, media and government policy makers at various levels. In this context, he coordinates the development, dissemination and promotion of communication tools such as posters, flyers, and brochures (he edited a magazine many topics focus on the issues addressed by The Bondo Organization).

V Administrative Secretariat and Accounting

The head of the service, in this case Mr. Frederic Mukutwa is responsible for coordinating all tasks related to the daily management of The Bondo Organization both the administration, accounting and finance
